Replacements and returns

Have you ordered an item online that you like but the size is not correct or you are not satisfied with your purchase?

You can request a change of goods within 28 days from the date of receipt of the goods, the Podhio staff will help you throughout the replacement or return procedure.

Replacement Instructions:

There are 2 types of replacements, merchandise and Online Store Credit.

1. Size / color change:
   It is possible to exchange for a different item a different size or a different color, compatibly with our availability.

The goods chosen for replacement will be sent free of charge to the address indicated, while the collection of the product to be replaced can be made directly by our courier (in this case you will be asked for € 6.50 for the home service).

Alternatively, you can send the product to be exchanged with any courier whose expenses will be at your expense, and as soon as we receive the product to be replaced, we will send the new product for free.

If you use our replacement service you will only have to return the product to be exchanged closed in a package to the courier, in addition to paying € 6.50 directly to the courier.

If you alternatively use your courier, the package must be sent to:

Podhio sport group  Viale Europa 64, 50018 Scandicci.

Attention in case of purchase from abroad, in the event that you decide to use our courier, the amount to be paid is the same as paid for shipping.

1. Podhio Online Store Credit:
    

If the replacement product is not available, you have the option of receiving a voucher equal to the value of the product you purchased. As soon as the return is received and processed, you will receive a confidential coupon code that you can use within 6 months.

 

Il Podhio Online Store Credit:

 

• it can be used only once within 6 months from the time of return;
• it cannot be combined with other Store Credit;
• it must be used entirely in an order of equal or greater value.

 

Return instructions

1. To request a return authorization, you must contact by e-mail info@podhio.it by entering the order data, the items to be returned and indicating the type of compensation desired in the case of a partial return. Once the procedure is completed, Podhio will send a confirmation by e-mail,containing the instructions to be observed to return the products.
2. The return shipment carried out with the courier indicated by PODHIO. IT will be FREE.
   If the return is sent back using a different courier, all costs will be borne by the customer.
3. The return shipment must take place within 28 days of receiving the order.

The refund will be made as soon as the return arrives at the PODHIO warehouses, where a check will be made on the integrity of the products received *.

For orders paid by credit card, bank transfer and check, the refund will be made by bank transfer which will be made to your IBAN code. The refunded amount will be available in about 10 days.

Orders paid through the PayPal platform will be refunded to the same account.

Any cost originally incurred for shipping will not be included in the refunded amount.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

If you prefer to return your order or part of your order, you will find here all the information relating to your right of withdrawal.

Pursuant to European legislation, you can withdraw from the contract stipulated with Podhio within 28 days from the date of delivery of the products.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the products you have ordered, it will be sufficient for you to notify us of your intention to return the products within 28 days of delivery of the product, without giving us any reason.

You can exercise your right of withdrawal by following all the instructions described in the section Return instructions. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it will be sufficient for you to send us your communication before the withdrawal period has expired.

The products must be returned without delay and in any case no later than 28 days from the date on which you communicated your decision to withdraw from the contract with Podhio.

Make sure the products you are returning are complete and have not been damaged. Furthermore, if you wish to return a product, we ask you not to make a reasonably indispensable use of it to decide whether to keep it or not. This means that you can try on garments to check their fit and size, but you cannot wear or wash them. In the event that failure to comply with these instructions results in a reduction in the value of the product, we may hold you responsible for this reduction in value.

By informing us that you wish to return a product, you will be entitled to a refund of the full amount of the payment charged, no later than 14 days from the date on which you communicated your decision to exercise the right of withdrawal.

However, we may withhold the refund until we have received the returned products or until you have provided us with proof that you have returned the products, whichever occurs first.

The refund will be made with the same payment method used for the original transaction.

The refund will be made as soon as the return arrives at the PODHIO warehouses where the items will be checked.

For orders paid by credit card, bank transfer and bank check, it will be necessary to provide the IBAN. The refunded amount will be available to customers in about 10 days, the timing may vary slightly depending on the banking system. For orders paid with PayPal the amount will be returned to the original account.

Any cost originally incurred for shipping the order will not be refunded to the customer.
